Keep your car keys on your bedside table overnight. If you hear a noise outside your home or someone trying to get in your house during the night, just  press the panic button for your car. The alarm will go off and the horn will continue to sound until you turn it off. If your car alarm goes off, chances are the burglar won't stick around and it will draw attention to your house from your neighbours. Test it!
