Cookie Cutting: Tuesday's Tip #12

Ah. You've just made the most delicious batch of gooey brownies (or other kind of bars/squares). Now it's time to slide that knife through your 9X13 of fresh baked goodness and cut it into squares. But to your dismay, as you drag your knife from top to bottom, sticky chocolate cakes onto the knife and pulls away the top layer of the bars! What a disaster. But never fear, Doreen is here! [thanks for this week's tip Dor :)]. Before cutting your squares up, put the pan in the refrigerator for a couple hours and then use a PIZZA cutter to slice through your baked goods! The result will be perfect looking squares every time. Enjoy!
